Is 73-year-old Bill Belichick ready to get married to his 24-year-old girlfriend? On Tuesday, the NY Times profiled Hudson after she was involved in a series of bizarre situations regarding her relationship with the football coach.
According to the NY Times, several people close to Belichick are surprised by the dynamics of the relationship.
“I think it’s ironic that a man who really controlled everything — and I mean everything — now is being controlled by some other person,” said Upton Bell, a former general manager of the New England Patriots.
“You can’t just point at the woman here and say, ‘She is being controlling,’” he added. “That only happens if you let yourself be controlled.”
The Times went on to report that Hudson is telling people that she is engaged to Belichick.

She has hobnobbed with celebrities, promoted political causes and somehow amassed a real estate portfolio worth more than $8 million — all to the bewilderment of the coach’s fans and those close to him, many of whom consider her a distraction or worse.
And Ms. Hudson has told at least one person that she and Mr. Belichick are engaged to be married.
Despite the criticism about her relationship, Hudson doesn’t appear to care and fired back at the haters in a social media post.
“I will not be cyber-bullied into submission,” Hudson wrote in an Instagram post. “I will continue to stand for love, authenticity and permissibility of nonconformity. They can burn me at the stake, but they cannot burn out my light!!”
