Jaxson Dart and Quinshon Judkins decided to let bygones be bygones after an unfortunate fallout at Ole Miss. They are willing to move on from their past incidents, which might’ve been blown slightly out of proportion in the first place.

Rebels fans were completely rattled by their photo together at the NFLPA Rookie Premiere party.

Dart played three years of college football in Oxford from 2022-2024 after one season at USC. Judkins arrived to Ole Miss at the same time and immediately became the SEC’s leading rusher as a freshman. Lane Kiffin famously sat alone in the rain to watch his future ball-carrier tear up his competition as a high schooler in Alabama. The head coach’s unwavering loyalty resulted in a commitment.

Unfortunately, the relationship between the Rebels and their best running back began to sour throughout his sophomore season. Judkins’ attitude became a problem. His mother had her hand too far in the cookie jar. He made some outlandish demands regarding NIL.

The locker room started to turn on Quinshon Judkins about halfway through 2023. It completely fell apart during the Peach Bowl when Jaxson Dart asked Kiffin to take the team’s leading rusher out of the game because he disrespected the offensive line. Something like that. We don’t know the full story but there was some level of tension between quarterback and running back.

Both parties ultimately decided to go their separate ways after the season. Judkins asked for NIL money that Ole Miss was not willing to pay. He transferred to Ohio State and won a national title after sparking a petty beef with his replacement. Dart cemented himself as one of the best signal-callers in school history but failed to reach the playoff.

The latter was drafted into the NFL with No. 25 overall pick in the first round. The former was drafted No. 36 overall in the second round. Jaxson Dart will play for the New York Giants. Quinshon Judkins will play for the Cleveland Browns.

They were both in attendance at the NFLPA Rookie Premiere and its after party. It seems as though any outstanding beef has been squashed because they took a photo together, which Dart posted on Instagram. He and Judkins both smiled in the photo as though they are friends— because they are. The hatchet has been buried and Rebels fans will need to get over it whether they want to or not.
